ROLE

The role is part of the IT department in EXTOLL. The department is tasked to operate the IT infrastructure and to enable our hardware design teams to deliver their designs flawlessly and on time. QUALIFICATIONS

IT specialist and/or degree in information systems, computer science or related field

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the IT operations and the IT infrastructure
  • Support IT users (on-site and remote)
  • Ensure the security of data, network access and fully operational backup systems
  • Installation and configuration of new Servers & Workstations, usage of Ansible
  • Monitor IT infrastructure to detect potential errors before they occur
  • Perform regular backups and validate correctness of backup data
  • Keep the infrastructure up to date by applying patches regularly
  • Continuous Improvement of the automation of the IT infrastructure

SKILLS

  • Good knowledge of Linux (RHEL)
