General information

The EXTOLL GmbH as the operator of these pages (website operator) takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the data protection rules of both us and any third-party service provider involved are respected.
Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible. We therefore recommend that you use transport encryption, such as TLS, especially for communication by e-mail. Corresponding settings can be found in your e-mail program and possibly also with your e-mail provider.
The rapid development of the Internet requires from time to time adjustments in our privacy policy. You will be informed at this point about the changes.

Responsible for the Content

The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Its contact details can be found in the imprint of this website.

Personal Data

Personal information is information that can be used to discover your identity. This includes information such as your real name, address, postal address, telephone number. Information that is not directly related to your real identity (such as favorite websites or number of users of a site) is not covered.
You can use our website without revealing your identity. We do not collect any personal data here.
Personal data transmitted to us in the context of a business relationship and necessary for the fulfillment of the business relationship constitute data within the framework of a contractual relationship and are subject to separate data protection regulations.
Personal data that you voluntarily provide to us by other means, such as the sender address or signature of your e-mail, will also be treated in accordance with the rules on data protection

Storage of IP-Addresses

Your IP address will be stored in personal form with the access provider (for the purpose of identifying crimes and other purposes) within the statutory time limits. We have no influence on that. There is no individual-related use by us or on our behalf. The statistical analysis of anonymous data records remains reserved.

Transfer of personal information to third parties

If data is to be passed on to service providers within the scope of contract data processing, these are bound to the BDSG, other legal regulations and a contractual regulation with the website operator. Insofar as we are legally obliged to do so or by court order, we will forward your data to authorized addresses.
Otherwise, we will not give your personal information to third parties without your express consent.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right at any time to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge. You also have a right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For this purpose and for further questions about data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. Furthermore, you have a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. You will find a corresponding list here.

Right to cancellation and correction

If you have provided us with personally identifiable information, you may delete it at any time, except as required to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, or as we are not held for a limited period of time by statutory retention requirements, such as for tax or accounting purposes. In this case we will delete the data immediately after expiry of the storage period. Furthermore, you can of course correct incorrectly recorded data at any time.
You can assert your right of revocation and correction at the address given in the imprint.
